Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor / Operator to join our team in Keratsini-Drapetsona. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, organize and maintain storage spaces, coordinate with other departments on product returns and shipments, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and ensure timely order processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring the quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Collaborate and coordinate activities with other departments.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in warehousing.
• Hands-on commitment.
• Organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good knowledge of English (Level: B2).
• Good computer skills in MS Office/Stock Management System.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP system (SoftOne) / D365 will be preferred.
